Visa Information

If you require a VISA to enter Japan, please upload the necessary documents via the registration system. The required document templates can be downloaded from the registration system.
To ensure sufficient time for the VISA application process, we strongly recommend completing the document upload by April 1. Please note that the required VISA documents will only be issued after registration is completed and the necessary fees have been paid.
